New Website Launched
Fire up your computers and sharpen up your mice: our new website is finally here! Not only does it have a sleek new look, but it is also super powerful, and… I-N-T-E-R-A-C-T-I-V-E!
Those of you used to frolicking around cyberspace would have noticed, that our new site is actually a blog. This means, first of all, that we plan on having constantly updated content for you to enjoy – so make sure you come back and visit often.
New and featured articles will always appear in the home page, but we now have a range of different ways for you to search and find the information you need from the site. First of all, there is the trusty old ‘Search’ field, located on the right hand sidebar of every page. Type in a few keywords, and hit ‘Enter’. But that is not all. All articles are classified into ‘categories’. The categories are listed also in the right sidebar, and to see the most recent articles in a category, just click on it. Articles also have a number of keywords – or ‘tags’ – associated with them. You will see a ‘Tag Cloud’, showing the most common keywords used throughout the site, also on the right sidebar. The right sidebar is just like a great big ’search bar’, really.
But perhaps the most important new feature of the site, is that you can use it to give us feedback – and I am not talking about the ‘contact us’ page, either. Each article, like this, allows readers to add comments, letting us know their views and opinions. This means, that each article has the capacity to become a discussion forum.
